Movie Film Transfer

We transfer 8mm, Super 8mm, and 16mm film to
DVD or video tape using a film chain system where
your image is optically suspended in air and then picked
up by a high resolution video camera and immediately
converted into a digital image. By not projecting the film
image on a surface, no texture is introduced into the
film transfer process. Also, by converting the image
into a digital picture immediately, no unecessary picture
loss is experienced. We also can transfer the sound
portion of Super 8 sound movie film, or the optical
soundtrack of 16mm films. All film transfers include
color correction and image enhancement. Transfer is
done at the rate of 10 cents per foot. No charge is made
for blank or leader footage.
